Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years experience, working with young people, adults, mothers and babies, couples and families. Lisa has been working as a Clinical Psychologist since 2011 in a range of different health care settings including private practice and public hospital psychiatry for the Early in Life Mental Health service of Monash Health, where she has held positions in the group therapy team, assessment and core therapy teams, as well the senior psychologist for the early psychosis team.
Lisa created LN Psychology in 2016 and has enjoyed providing psychological care to private patients since then. She has a caring and warm personality and provides a collaborative experience with her clients ensuring they feel safe and supported, whilst providing individual treatment plans based on individual goals and life circumstances.
Lisa works with a range of mental health presentations and has a particular interest in working with youth, psychosis and women's mental health including mothers and babies.
Lisa works with many common mental health concerns including Anxiety and Mood Disorders, trauma, psychosis, identity and self-esteem issues, emotion regulation difficulties, interpersonal/relationship issues and feelings of burnout/work and study related stress. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
You do not require a referral to access psychology services and book an appointment. However, a referral from you GP or psychiatrist could provide access to financial rebates.
Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes and are provided face to face or via telehealth.

Clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates for the costs of the services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. Speak to your GP about your eligibility to claim these Medicare benefits and the best person to make your referral.

Some private health insurers also provide rebates for services provided by registered psychologists. If you have private health cover, please contact your service provider for further information.
